80 % Miners Vote For SegWit2

The biggest mining pool bitmain / Antpool vote for Segwit. There some miners that follow. Here are the lists As is Bixin, BW, BTCC, Bitfury, ViaBTC, BTC.TOP and some smaller pools.

However , the possibilities of split chain is in the hand. Big Blockers oppose to the SegWit. They may be users to new chain. It is called BCC ( Bitcoin Cash). BCC wil run its own blockchain. 

Big Blockers would create their own network, with their own chain, nodes, and miners, thus would need to be added by the current infrastructure just like any other coin.
